Hope International

Hope International, the international department for Hope For Tomorrow, aims to provide assistance to our Burmese friends and families in need. As Myanmar undergoes this time of civil unrest, many Burmese refugees flee to Mizoram, India or other places to seek refuge during this time of unrest. Hope International seeks to reach those who are unable to provide for themselves. Read below to see what Hope International has done for them so far.

Hope Mission Trip

In December 2025, by God’s grace, 12 young adults traveled to Mizoram, India, visiting 9 refugee camps to share English lessons, the Gospel, and Christmas gifts. Over 1,300 children received presents, and each camp was given rice and other essentials.

In December 2025 to January 2026, we plan on having another mission trip to Malaysia, where we continue to aim our brothers and sisters who are seeking refuge.

Camp Donation/Relief Funds

We plan to support our peoples' needs in refugee camps by sending them basic necessities. In 2025, we sent the unreached Siaha camp in Mizoram, India with 10 large bags of rice to feed their entire camp.

Our donations come directly from our Hope Guardian Angels. By becoming a Hope Guardian Angel, you can join us in serving Burmese refugees who are suffering as they seek refuge away from home. Click below to join us in becoming a Hope Guardian Angel today!

International Teacher Training

We hosted a 3-day online training for teachers worldwide, equipping them with tools to support children’s growth and well-being. Topics included social and emotional development, hygiene, gender-based issues, sexual awareness prevention, and sex education to help educators create safer, healthier learning environments for students everywhere.

Hope Christmas Project

Since 2022, the Hope Christmas Project has brought joy to over 3,000 refugee children in Mizoram. With the help of generous donors, we’ve delivered gifts like toys, clothes, candy, rice, and even heaters — reaching over 1,400 kids across 9 camps in 2024 alone. Together, we share the love of Christmas by bringing warmth, smiles, and hope to children who need it most.
